Structural Recommendations and Implementation

Once the local channel strategy is determined we recommend the appropriate structure to support the business plan and guide you through the entire development process including investment alternatives, legal/tax considerations, and contract negotiation.   We can then support the implementation of the business plan by directly managing your channels of distribution on a “Pay for Performance” basis.  This unique model allows you to realize immediate returns on incremental revenue and profit.
